If you've ever sat in a waiting room thinking this time I'll finally get an answer— and driven home crying because you didn't.
This page is for you.

I know what it feels like to not be believed.
I started experiencing pain from a young age. By university it had got worse — pain during sex, constant discomfort, something clearly wrong. I went to the clinic again and again. Three years in a row they told me I had thrush.
I did not have thrush.
Those three years set the tone for everything that came after. Because when the people who are supposed to help you keep sending you away, you start to wonder if you're imagining it. You start to feel like maybe you don't deserve to feel better.
I wasn't making it up. And neither are you.
Eventually, through my mum, I found a specialist — a surgeon who actually knew what he was looking at. He did the surgery. He removed my cysts, my fibroids, and some of the endometriosis. And for a moment I thought — finally. This is where it gets better.
Six months later, the pain was worse than it had ever been.
I opened TikTok one night and typed ‘cure for endometriosis.’
I know how that sounds. But I was desperate. And honestly — it changed everything. I found a doctor talking about xenoestrogens. About the specific type of endocrine disruptors that drive conditions like endometriosis and PCOS. About how the environment we live in — our skincare, our cookware, our cleaning products, our food packaging — is quietly feeding the conditions we're trying to heal.
I worked with a gut health coach. A bodybuilding coach who helped me with weight and insulin resistance. A physiotherapist for the vaginismus. A dietitian for low FODMAP. I tried everything — and what I noticed was that every single one of these people had one approach. One lens. And none of them were looking at the whole picture.
I started to believe — really believe — that we actually have the power to heal anything and everything within us. It just takes time, patience, and someone willing to look at the whole picture.
That belief is the foundation of everything I do.
